SHIPPING POLICY

When will my products be shipped?

We are a small but mighty team and do our best to get your orders out swiftly.

The normal processing time for orders is 42 hours during business days (Monday – Friday). After your order has been shipped, delivery time within the United States is based on your selected Shipping Method and can be between 4-7 business days. Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches and restocks, this time may vary.

The So Collection is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States.

 

Shipping Confirmation

You’ll receive an order confirmation email, shipping confirmation email and an email confirming your package has been delivered. If, for some reason, you have a problem receiving these emails, please contact us at thesocollection22@gmail.com


Where do we ship?

We currently ships within the United States and most international countries. We are exploring ways to make our products more accessible globally. Stay tuned!

 

Missing or Lost orders

If your order is missing or lost, your first step would be to contact your mail carrier. Also if you live in an apartment community, please double check your leasing/mail office to see if the package was delivered there. Once packages have been turned over to the carrier we only have access to the same delivery information that you see on your end.

We are not responsible for packages that show as delivered on the carrier’s website, or for packages that are left outside your door, with a front desk, neighbor, or any other receiving party. We are also not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses, so please be sure to check your shipping address.  We will not grant refunds or resend products for packages marked as delivered. 

 

RETURN POLICY

All sales are final.

Due to the nature of our products, we have a no returns policy for general dissatisfaction. Please contact us prior to ordering if you have questions. 

Defective/incorrect items

In the unlikely event that a product arrived damaged, the customer must contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt. Customer must include photos of the issue and a screenshot of your order confirmation email.
